About the Author

Dr. Manuel López Kneeland is a physician who holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Health Services from ITESM.


With more than 20 years of experience combining clinical practice, research, and healthcare management, he has developed his career in health research institutes, occupational medicine, and occupational health both in Mexico and internationally.


Her experience in the United States and Europe has allowed her to study the burnout phenomenon from a multicultural perspective.


As a researcher, he has extensively studied the intersection of health systems, organizational well-being, and professional resilience.
